Sable Offshore Corp. has received federal approval to restart a California pipeline, 10 years after a spill near Santa Barbara. The pipeline, which was shut down in 2015 after a leak released thousands of barrels of crude oil, has been cleared to operate again by the US pipeline regulator. Sable shares have jumped following the approval.
