RWA Inc Launches On-Chain Platform to Democratize Startup Investing

RWA Inc. has introduced a fully on-chain investor platform aimed at expanding access to early-stage startup funding for a global audience of private investors. The platform, developed over six months, offers a transparent and automated investment experience powered by smart contracts and blockchain technology. This initiative marks a significant step toward democratizing startup investing, traditionally limited to institutional players and high-net-worth individuals.

The platform allows investors to browse and participate in vetted startup deals with a minimum investment of $1,000. Investors can sign compliant agreements, transfer funds, and receive documentation in real time—all facilitated by on-chain processes. Tokenized transactions are executed using smart contracts, ensuring transparency and immediate settlements, while all transaction histories are recorded on-chain for auditability.

The platform also includes trading and swap functionalities and a smart contract-powered buyback and burn system, where 50 percent of platform revenue is used to repurchase and burn tokens. This mechanism aims to enhance token value and system stability over time. The platform has undergone a full security audit by CertiK, a leading authority in blockchain security, which identified no critical or major issues, underscoring its compliance and security standards [1].

To access the platform, users must hold a Gold+ tier, achieved by staking $RWAINC tokens. This requirement aligns investor interests and ensures system integrity. Investors who meet the criteria can register via the platform’s official launch page, launch.rwa.inc.

The platform is launching with three early-stage projects representing key growth sectors. These include STR8FIRE, which is working on tokenizing entertainment intellectual property; Piggycell, which operates over 100,000 battery assets in South Korea; and PIXLRWA, a project focused on decentralizing access to private credit investing. These offerings provide investors with a diversified exposure across innovation, energy infrastructure, and decentralized finance.
