According to CCTV News, on October 29, a Russian court fined Google about $35 billion for closing the accounts of Russian television channels on YouTube, a video platform owned by Google. The court ordered Google to restore the accounts of Russian national television channels, such as Channel One, NTV, and RTR, or face fines.
