The company reported a loss per share of $0.13, missing estimates of $0.10, and adjusted EBITDA of negative $16 million. However, average global monthly active users rose 11% sequentially to 52 million, and average revenue per user increased 2% to $0.46. Rumble surpassed $100 million in annual revenue for the first time and announced several strategic initiatives, including a $100 million advertising commitment from Tether and the acquisition of AI infrastructure firm Northern Data AG.
