Rotorua's Black Label Barbecue has made it to the Monteith's Wild Food Challenge final with its Wild Wapiti Burger, made with venison from With Wild, a company that turns "pest" species into a resource. The burger features venison, blue cheese aioli, pickled wild rocket, and kumara chips, and was a top pick by the public. The team will compete in a finale cook-off in Auckland today.
