Roadzen Inc. has agreed to acquire VehicleCare, an AI-powered vehicle repair and workshop aggregation platform, in a deal valued at around $277 million. The acquisition is expected to add $10 million in revenue and enable Roadzen to offer insurers repair timeline guarantees. VehicleCare's national network in India consists of 350+ independent workshops across 21+ states, serving 15+ insurers, 15+ brokers, and 10+ fleet operators. The deal is structured as an equity issuance at Roadzen's India subsidiary level, resulting in approximately 2% dilution at the subsidiary level.
