RingCentral to Replace Hillenbrand in S&P SmallCap 600

RingCentral will join the S&P SmallCap 600 effective February 12, replacing Hillenbrand, which is being acquired by Lone Star Funds. RingCentral will be added to the index in the Information Technology sector, while Hillenbrand will be deleted from the Industrials sector. The changes will take place prior to the opening of trading on February 12.
