At the midpoint of the proposed price range, the company's market value would be $63 million.Rich Sparkle is a financial printing and corporate services provider in Hong Kong, focusing on the design and printing of high-quality financial information. Its services include IPO documents, financial reports, fund documents, circulars, and announcements, and it offers a wide range of financial printing services, including typesetting, proofreading, translation, design, and printing. Its clients include numerous domestic and international companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.Rich Sparkle Holdings was founded in 2016, and its 12-month revenue through September 30, 2024, was $6 million. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ANPA. It filed a confidential application on September 13, 2024. Eddid Securities Futures is the sole bookrunner for the transaction.
