Billionaire Ric Elias, CEO of Red Ventures, has sold his Palm Beach, Florida mansion for $73 million in an all-cash deal. Elias' digital media company owns Bankrate, CNET, and The Points Guy. The buyer plans to start enjoying the home immediately, as the deal included all furnishings. Elias bought the home in 2020 for $37.25 million and stands to make nearly $40 million in profit after just five years.
