REX Launches First Bitcoin Corporate Treasury Convertible Bond ETF

REX Shares has introduced the first exchange-traded fund (ETF) focused on convertible bonds tied to bitcoin-focused corporate treasury strategies. The REX Bitcoin Corporate Treasury Convertible Bond ETF (BMAX) provides investors with exposure to convertible debt issued by companies that add bitcoin to their balance sheets. The fund's primary holdings consist of convertible paper from Michael Saylor's Strategy, the largest issuer of such debt. Other significant holdings include convertible notes from bitcoin miners Marathon Digital and Riot Platforms.

Greg King, CEO of Rex Financial, highlighted the accessibility of the fund, stating, "Until now, these bonds have been difficult for individual investors to reach. BMAX removes those barriers, making it easier to invest in the strategy pioneered by Michael Saylor — leveraging corporate debt to acquire Bitcoin as a treasury asset." The fund officially launched and began trading on the Nasdaq with a gross expense ratio of 0.85% and was seeded with $25 million in assets.
