Rex Concepts SA - issue price for Series D shares set at 14.00 zlotys per share
Rex Concepts SA, a Polish quick service restaurant (QSR) platform managing Burger King and Popeyes restaurants in Central and Eastern Europe, has set the issue price for its Series D shares at 14.00 zlotys per share as part of its public offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) Main Market. The company successfully listed its shares on July 5, 2026, marking its debut on the WSE and raising a total of PLN 497.8 million through the offering, of which PLN 448 million came from the issuance of new shares.
The offering, which included both the sale of existing shares and the issuance of new shares, was supported by Wood & Company Financial Services and Pekao Investment Banking as global co-coordinators, alongside Ipopema Securities and Pekao Brokerage House as the stabilizing manager. Rex Concepts, founded in 2021, has rapidly expanded its operations, operating 94 Burger King and 65 Popeyes company-owned restaurants across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Romania as of the end of 2025.
The capital raised will be allocated to further expand the restaurant network, including opening approximately 70 new locations in 2026, as well as to introduce new brands and pursue geographic expansion. The IPO represents a significant milestone for the company and underscores the growing interest in the QSR sector in Central and Eastern Europe.
