A regulatory filing disclosed Friday evening showed that Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. has again reduced its stake in Bank of America Corp. (BAC.US), selling about $845 million worth of shares, bringing its stake down to 11.4%. The conglomerate run by one of the world's most respected investors has sold more than $6 billion worth of the second-largest U.S. bank in seven rounds of sales since July.
