Rekor Systems has closed a $15 million underwritten registered direct offering, selling 8.57 million units at $1.75 each. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase one share at $2.40. The company intends to use the net proceeds for working capital, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes. The offering was managed by William Blair.
