The board declared a regular common stock dividend of $0.18 per share, unchanged from the fourth quarter of 2025, and a Series A dividend for the first quarter of 2026 of $0.625 per share. The dividends are payable on March 31 and April 15, respectively, to stockholders of record on March 24 and April 1.
