Real Brokerage Inc. has expanded its Michigan footprint by partnering with Jim Shaffer and his 172-agent brokerage, Good Company. The deal, made through Real's Private Label program, brings Shaffer's 40-agent team to the platform, further strengthening Real's presence in the Detroit metropolitan area. Good Company has experienced rapid growth since its founding in 2020 and closed approximately 1,900 home sales totaling $500 million in volume in 2025.
