Rackspace Technology Q3 2025 Earnings Highlights: Revenue Down 1% YoY, Private Cloud Revenue Down 3% YoY.

Rackspace Technology Inc (RXT) reported Q3 2025 earnings with total GAAP revenue of $671 million, up 1% sequentially and down 1% YoY. Non-GAAP gross profit margin was 19.9%, up sequentially but down 120 basis points YoY. Non-GAAP operating profit was $32 million, up 17% sequentially. Cash flow from operations was $71 million, and free cash flow was $43 million. Private cloud revenue was $250 million, down 3% YoY, while public cloud revenue was $422 million, up 1% YoY and sequentially.
