The DJS Law Group has filed a class action lawsuit against Quanex Building Products Corporation for alleged violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The complaint claims that the company made false and misleading statements to the market regarding the maintenance of equipment at its Tyman Mexico facility.
