PureCycle Technologies discussed its Ironton plant, Thailand plant timeline, and Gen 2 cost cuts at a Roth conference. The Thailand plant, expected to be fully owned, targets mechanical completion by the end of next year with product ramping through 2028. PureCycle aims for a 500 million-lb/year Gen 2 design with estimated CapEx of $1.25-$1.50 per pound, bringing costs closer to virgin polypropylene and improving margins.
