The development, located at 105 Perth Cove in Bastrop, will feature over 500 residences and a state-of-the-art amenity center. The $10 million amenity center is scheduled to commence construction in December 2025 and is expected to be completed by December 2026 [1]. The facility will include pickleball courts, bocce, a resort-style pool, a golf simulator, a fitness center, a ballroom, work rooms, and synthetic turf.

The project is part of a three-phased approach, with the first phase including the construction of six model homes by mid-August. The second and third phases will focus on the construction of 503 lots.
