Prudential Plc declined 1.11% in premarket trading. The company's share buyback announcement, where PGIM closed its second commingled private credit fund with $619 million in available capital, did not prevent the stock from falling. The fund attracted a diverse group of institutional investors, including insurance companies, pension funds, and family offices, and provides financing to middle market upstream oil and gas and midstream companies in North America.
