Protara Therapeutics, Inc. rose 3.79% intraday, with the company announcing inducement grants to two newly-hired employees. The grants include 6,200 stock option awards and 3,100 restricted stock units (RSUs), approved by the Compensation Committee of Protara’s Board of Directors. The grants were made as inducements material to the new employees’ employment in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
