The statement reveals that President Milei met with the representative of KIP Protocol in Argentina on October 19, 2023. During the meeting, the company expressed its plan to develop a project called "Viva la Libertad" using blockchain technology, aiming to provide financing support to private enterprises in Argentina. This meeting was officially recorded in the public hearing record, with participants including the Argentine President, KIP Protocol company representative Julian Peh, and the President's spokesperson Manuel Adoni.

On January 30, 2025, the President held a meeting at the Pink House (Casa Rosada) with Hayden Mark Davis, who was introduced as a project partner of KIP Protocol. Mr. Davis was not affiliated with the Argentine government and was to provide the technical infrastructure for the project.

Yesterday, the President retweeted the KIP Protocol project launch announcement on his personal social media account, similar to his daily support for other initiatives aimed at creating jobs and attracting investment for Argentine entrepreneurs. However, the tweet was later deleted to avoid speculation and excessive attention resulting from the project's announcement.

In light of these events, President Javier Milei has immediately requested the Anti-Corruption Office (OA) to intervene and investigate whether there has been any misconduct by government members, including the President himself. The investigation will focus on determining whether the entities or individuals related to the KIP Protocol project have committed any crimes.
