PRAI, XTER Trade Below VC Costs Post-Airdrop

In the past week, Binance Alpha has connected with four AI projects: PRAI, AGT, REX, and XTER. Among these, two projects, PRAI and XTER, have not yet reached the break-even point based on their Venture Capital (VC) costs.

PRAI's price has stabilized around $0.08 after the airdrop sell-off, which is below the VC cost price range of $0.1-$0.12. This stabilization comes after a significant valuation surge in the privacy track, where Privasea's financing was noted as a "textbook-level case." Privasea's valuation increased by 36 times over 14 months, reaching the top three in the privacy track valuation. Additionally, Privasea had openly signed a market-making agreement with Amber Group and GSR Markets.

XTER, following its alpha launch announcement, is currently trading at $0.25788, which is below its VC cost price of $0.3. This indicates that XTER has also not yet reached the break-even point based on its VC costs.

The analysis highlights that both PRAI and XTER are currently trading below their respective VC costs, suggesting that these projects have not yet achieved the financial returns expected by their venture capital investors. This situation may prompt further scrutiny and strategic adjustments from the investors and project teams involved.
