Pony.ai to List on Nasdaq Tonight, Final IPO Price Set at $13

e company news, Beijing time on November 27, leading autonomous driving company Pony.ai's IPO pricing is USD13/ADS, and is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange tonight (stock code: PONY), striving to become the first global Robotaxi. This pricing is at the upper limit of the price range of USD11-13. After the issuance scale was expanded by more than 30% before, Pony.ai plans to issue 20 million ADSs (American Depositary Shares), and if the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option, 23 million ADSs will be issued. In addition, Pony.ai will issue common stock through a simultaneous private placement worth about USD153.4 million. The total amount of funds raised in this IPO may reach about USD452 million. Pony.ai has completed seven rounds of financing in the primary market, with a cumulative amount of over USD1.3 billion. Pony.ai launched China's first Robotaxi service in 2018, and its technology and scale are at the leading level in the world. It is one of the few companies in the industry that has achieved commercial operations, and currently provides Robotaxi fee services in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
