PointeNorth Insurance Group Expands with Acquisitions in Georgia

PointeNorth Insurance Group has expanded its presence in the Southeast by acquiring two Georgia-based agencies, Valdosta Insurance Services and Southern Insurance Advisors. These acquisitions align with PointeNorth's strategy of offering growth opportunities and perpetuation strategies to agencies, as well as advancement for employees. Valdosta Insurance Services, led by Trey Sherwood and Byron Courson, will continue to operate under its name, while Southern Insurance Advisors, headed by Kevin DiPetrillo, will transition to PointeNorth. PointeNorth, based in Atlanta, has been experiencing steady growth through the integration of 50 agencies.
