Plume Genesis Launches Mainnet With $150 Million In Real-World Assets

Plume Network, a pioneering full-stack chain and ecosystem designed for real-world asset finance (RWAfi), has announced the launch of its public mainnet, Plume Genesis. This marks a significant milestone in the integration of real-world assets into the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. Unlike previous efforts that primarily focused on asset tokenization, Plume Genesis offers a comprehensive infrastructure that enables true DeFi composability with real-world assets.

The mainnet debuts with a range of onchain institutional-grade real-world assets (RWAs) from notable entities such as Superstate, Blackstone, and Invesco. Through Plume, RWA tokens function similarly to crypto-native tokens, allowing users to seamlessly integrate high-yielding real-world assets into familiar DeFi primitives like lending, liquidity provision, yield farming, and leveraged positions. Cross-Chain RWA Yields, powered by Plume's Skylink infrastructure, interoperable RWA yields can stream across 20+ networks.
