The deal was officially signed during the Tashkent International Investment Forum, where key executives from both companies were present. This project builds on Allied Green's previously announced 3 GW electrolyzer commitment for its green ammonia facility in Australia, which is expected to reach a final investment decision by the fourth quarter of 2025.

Plug Power's technology is already deployed or under development across five continents, supporting various industries including material handling, transportation, energy, and chemicals. The company's integrated hydrogen ecosystem, which includes electrolyzers, liquid hydrogen, fuel cell systems, and fueling infrastructure, positions it as a leader in the global hydrogen transition.
