PIMCO closed-end funds propose reorganization plans, subject to shareholder approvals and contingencies. The proposed mergers involve the exchange of common shares and Remarketable Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares between PIMCO funds, including PIMCO Municipal Income Fund II, PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund II, and PIMCO California Municipal Income Fund. Shareholders of the acquiring funds will vote on the proposals at a Special Meeting expected to take place on June 27, 2025.
