Phinmai invests another 300M pesos in Bacolod township project
In a significant move to bolster its property development arm, PHINMA Corp. has infused P300 million into PHINMA Property Holdings Corp. (PHINMA Properties) for the Saludad township project in Bacolod City. The additional investment, announced on July 18, 2025, aims to leverage the favorable market momentum for the project [1].
The Saludad township, valued at P12 billion, was launched by PHINMA Properties in October 2024. It is a master-planned ecosystem integrating residential enclaves, commercial hubs, educational institutions, hospitality components, and retail areas. The project is being developed in partnership with JEPP Real Estate Co., with design led by Royal Pineda+ Architecture • Design [1].
The investment, approved by PHINMA’s executive committee on July 14, will be fully allocated to the development of the Saludad township. The Maayo Terraces mid-rise residential condominium project within the Saludad township, which broke ground in April, will benefit from this capital infusion. Maayo Terraces consists of 11 towers totaling 2,922 units, featuring studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom loft units. The first tower is set to be completed by 2027, while the second tower is expected to be finished by 2029 [1].
PHINMA Properties, a 71.68%-owned subsidiary of PHINMA, has shown a commitment to transforming Bacolod City with this strategic investment. The move is expected to enhance the company's market presence and drive growth in the real estate sector.
