Perion Network Q3 Revenue Up 8%, Net Loss Widens to $4.08M

Perion Network reported Q3 revenue of $110.46mln, up from $102.2mln YoY, and a net loss of $4.08mln, compared to a net income of $2.11mln YoY. For the nine months, revenue was $302.78mln, down from $368.71mln YoY, and net loss was $15.9mln, compared to a net income of $7.67mln YoY. Basic and diluted loss per share from continuing operations were $0.1 and $0.37, respectively, compared to basic and diluted earnings per share of $0.05 and $0.16, respectively, in the prior year.
