PENN Entertainment Celebrates M Resort Las Vegas Expansion with Second Hotel Tower Opening

PENN Entertainment has officially opened the second hotel tower at M Resort Las Vegas, nearly doubling the property's capacity to 765 rooms and suites. The expansion also includes a 15,000 sq. ft. ballroom and adds 120 new jobs to the workforce. The project was completed on budget and ahead of time, with funding received from Gaming and Leisure Properties in November 2025. PENN estimates the overall expansion will add 120 new jobs to M Resort's workforce.
