Income ETF PCEF has rebalanced its underlying index, CEFX, which focuses on closed-end funds. The top five holdings remain unchanged, with Eaton Vance and Nuveen funds holding the top two spots. The fund dropped Barings Participation Investors Fund and added Guggenheim Strategic Opportunities Fund. PCEF charges a 271 basis point fee and has returned 12.3% over one year and 12.8% over three years, beating its category averages.
