Ingram joined Pathward in 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer and later served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Product Officer from October 2021 until July 2025. His extensive leadership experience in technology spans over three decades, including roles at other financial institutions and well-known brands.
Ingram earned a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and an Interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Computer Science from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. He is also a founding Advisory Board Member of the Arizona CIO Council.
