Palo Alto Networks, a US cybersecurity company founded by Israeli Nir Zuk, will dual-list on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) with a market cap of $115 billion. The company recently acquired Israeli cybersecurity firm CyberArk for $21.5 billion and plans to adopt the "CYBR" ticker on the TASE. Palo Alto Networks will become the most valuable company traded on the TASE, surpassing Teva Pharmaceuticals, Bank Leumi, and Bank Hapoalim.
