P10 Acquires Stellus Capital Management for $250M, Expands Direct Lending.

P10, a private markets solutions provider, has acquired Stellus Capital Management, a direct lender specializing in senior secured loans in the lower-middle market. The acquisition adds approximately $3.8 billion in assets under management and expands P10's direct lending capabilities into the lower-middle market. Stellus will continue to operate independently under its current management team.
