Origin Agritech Appoints Global Crop Biotechnology Expert Dr. Jian Zhang to Board and Welcomes Back CFO Dr. Z. James Chen

Origin Agritech has appointed Dr. Jian Zhang to its Board of Directors, bringing deep technical expertise in biotech R&D. Dr. Zhang has over two decades of experience in crop biotechnology and has held leadership roles at DuPont Pioneer, Syngenta, and BASF. The company has also welcomed back Dr. Z. James Chen as Chief Financial Officer, who previously served in multiple senior capacities at Origin.
