Oracle's shares have experienced a notable rally, with recent gains of 4.58% on May 12, marking four consecutive days of upward movement. The stock reached an intraday high, setting a new milestone not seen since March 2025.
Oracle and IBM have announced an expanded partnership to integrate IBM's watsonx AI product suite into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This collaboration emphasizes AI applications for enterprise use, with IBM set to launch its watsonx Orchestrate AI agent tool on OCI by July. Oracle will facilitate this through its OCI Data Science platform, providing IBM's Granite AI models to simplify enterprise AI implementation.
Furthermore, both companies plan to introduce the OCI version of IBM's Envizi ESG Suite in Saudi Arabia in the upcoming 12 months, aiming to enhance their sustainable development solutions.
This strategic partnership signals a significant move by these tech giants to advance multi-agent AI technologies, thereby bolstering enterprises' productivity and operational efficiency.
