Safra Catz, Oracle CEO since 2014, has resigned from The Walt Disney Company's board, where she was a veteran director for six years. Disney now has 11 directors, including GM's Mary Barra and Morgan Stanley's James Gorman. Catz's departure follows her tenure as Oracle's CEO, overseeing cloud-software solutions.
