Oracle says equity talks for Michigan data center project remain "on track," excluding Blue Owl Capital. The latter has recently helped finance large data center projects for Oracle, Meta, and others. Oracle commented on a Financial Times report, noting that its development partner, Related Digital, chose the "best equity partner" from a competitive set of alternatives, which is not Blue Owl. Citing insiders, the report claims Blue Owl will not support a $10 billion deal for this data center project.
