Oracle: EPS $1.70 vs forecast $1.64; revenue $15.9B vs forecast $15.58B; market cap $496.43B

Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) has reported its fiscal 2025 fourth-quarter (Q4) and full-year financial results, which exceeded analyst expectations. The company's non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $1.70 beat the consensus estimate of $1.64, while revenue of $15.9 billion surpassed the forecast of $15.58 billion. Oracle's market capitalization stood at $496.43 billion as of the current date.

Oracle's Q4 revenue grew by 11% year-over-year (YoY) to $15.9 billion, driven by a 27% increase in cloud revenue to $6.7 billion. Cloud Infrastructure revenue surged 52% to $3.0 billion, while Cloud Application revenue rose 12% to $3.7 billion. The company's Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO), a measure of contracted future revenue, jumped 41% to $138 billion, signaling strong future revenue visibility.

The company's non-GAAP operating income was $7.0 billion, up 5% YoY, and non-GAAP net income was $4.9 billion, up 5% YoY. Operating cash flow was $20.8 billion during fiscal year 2025, up 12% YoY. Oracle's total revenue for the year grew 8% to $57.4 billion, with cloud services and license support revenues up 12% to $44.0 billion.

Oracle's CEO, Safra Catz, expressed optimism about the company's future performance. She projected total cloud growth to accelerate from 24% in FY25 to over 40% in FY26, with cloud infrastructure growth expected to surpass 70%. RPO is expected to grow more than 100% in FY26. Oracle also expects its MultiCloud database revenue to continue growing at a triple-digit rate and has plans to expand its Cloud@Customer datacenters.

Oracle's stock ended Tuesday's session up 0.19% at $177.48, gaining over 7% this year. The company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, payable July 24 to shareholders of record July 10, ex-div July 10.
