OneStream (OS.US), a provider of enterprise software for financial and operational management, is scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq on July 24 at a price of $20 per share, with an initial public offering of 2,450,000 shares at a price of $20 per share, raising $490 million. The offering includes approximately 1,805,000 shares sold by OneStream and approximately 645,000 shares sold by existing shareholders. The stock price is higher than the previously announced price range of $17 to $19 per share.

OneStream provides a platform that unifies core financial and broader operational data and processes in one space, and its solutions maintain the integrity of financial reporting standards while providing critical operational insights to business users. Its customer base includes global enterprises, mid-market organizations, and government entities, and as of March 31, 2024, it has 14,000 customers across various industries (including industrial, healthcare, and consumer). The company's revenue for the twelve months ending March 31, 2024 was $406 million.
