Ondas Holdings Inc. (ONDS) has guided Q4 revenue to $29.1M-$30.1M, above the $27.77M consensus estimate, and expects net income of $82.9M-$83.4M and adjusted EBITDA of $(9.9)M to $(9.4)M. The company also reiterated its FY26 revenue outlook of $170M-$180M. Additionally, Ondas formed a joint venture with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen's subsidiary HD Advanced Technologies to deliver autonomous drone defense and security systems.
