Ondas Holdings Inc., a provider of private wireless, drone, and automated data solutions, has closed a public offering. The company operates through two segments: Ondas Networks and Ondas Autonomous Systems. Ondas Networks provides wireless connectivity solutions for mission-critical applications, while Ondas Autonomous Systems develops and integrates drone-based solutions for government and commercial enterprises. The company's products include FullMAX, a patented SDR platform, and the Optimus System and Iron Drone Raider.

Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS), a leading provider of private industrial wireless networks and commercial drone and automated data solutions, recently reported its financial and operational results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company's two primary business segments, Ondas Networks and Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS), demonstrated robust growth and significant milestones during the period.

Ondas Holdings reported a record quarterly revenue of $6.3 million, representing a 6-fold increase year-over-year (YoY) and a 50% growth quarter-over-quarter (QoQ). The company ended the second quarter with over $68 million in cash, enabling it to retire the remaining balance of its convertible notes and put the company on strong financial footing [1].

Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) generated approximately $6.1 million in revenue during the second quarter, marking a more than 6-fold increase from the same period in 2024. The OAS backlog reached $20.7 million as of June 30, 2025, up from $9.4 million at the end of Q1. OAS secured a $14.3 million order from a major defense customer for the Optimus drone system, the largest single Optimus order in the Company's history, and a $3.8 million follow-on order from the Government of Dubai [1].

Ondas Networks continued to build commercial traction around its IEEE 802.16 ("dot16") standard, which was selected by the Association of American Railroads (AAR) for the Next-Generation Head-of-Train/End-of-Train (NGHE) system. The company is now working with multiple Class 1 railroads on field trials to expand dot16 applications beyond NGHE [1].

Ondas Holdings also announced several strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. The company entered a partnership with Norway-based Rift Dynamics to support the launch of their Wåsp platform, an attritable drone designed to meet the requirements of allied militaries. Additionally, Ondas Holdings appointed Brigadier General (Res.) Yaniv Rotem to the newly formed OAS Advisory Board to guide strategy on autonomous, AI-enabled ISR and counter-UAS platforms [1].

Looking ahead, Ondas Holdings expects to exit 2025 with a record backlog and clear revenue visibility into 2026. The company is well-positioned to lead the global adoption of autonomous aerial systems for national security and critical infrastructure protection [1].
