OPAD--
Offerpad Solutions Inc. has received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) stating that it is not in compliance with Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual due to its Class A common stock's average closing price being less than $1.00 over a consecutive 30-trading-day period. The company intends to cure the stock price deficiency within a six-month period and may consider a reverse stock split to regain compliance. The Class A common stock will continue to be listed and trade on the NYSE during this period, subject to compliance with other NYSE continued listing standards.
