Houston, TX – July 2, 2025 – Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) has been awarded a significant contract by Esso Exploration Angola (Block 15) Limited, an affiliate of ExxonMobil. The contract, which commences on July 1, 2025, is expected to generate $80 million to $90 million in revenue over its three-year term. This agreement underscores Oceaneering's robust presence and long-term commitment to Angola's offshore energy industry.
The contract was re-awarded following a competitive bidding process and includes a comprehensive scope of work. Oceaneering will provide multiple work-class remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), ROV tooling, intervention workover control systems (IWOCS), satellite communication systems, and subsea inspection, hydrate remediation, and engineering services. These services will be deployed from Esso-supplied facilities, intervention vessels, and drilling rigs.
