$OXY comments are wild. Buffet is a long game. He's getting almost 3% in dividends while lowering his stake. Oxy is a trade, not a hold. W oil under 70 - their profits drop big. Management messed up not paying off debt, it'll hurt. Trade it but don't own until the economy improves. Staying in the 35-41 range until then.
