Oak Valley Community Bank has hired Twyla Brooks as Vice President, Regional Branch Manager. Brooks brings 20 years of banking experience and will provide regional sales and operational support to the bank's retail branches. She will be based out of the new Lodi Branch, set to open this fall. Brooks is an active member and volunteer for the San Joaquin Junior Livestock Show & Auction. Brooks brings 20 years of banking experience to her new role, including 14 years as a Vice President Retail Branch Manager at her previous employer. In her new capacity at OVCB, she will provide regional sales and operational support to the bank's network of retail branches. Brooks is an active member and volunteer for the San Joaquin Junior Livestock Show & Auction, where she has contributed for the past two years. She is also a past member of the Salvation Army – Lodi Corps. In her free time, Brooks enjoys exploring food tours and taking beach trips with her family [1].
