Applied Digital Corp. (APLD) shares fell 8% in after-hours trading after Nvidia Corp. (NVDA) exited the company. Nvidia had invested in APLD in September 2024 as part of a $160 million financing round, but sold its $177 million position in December 2025. Nvidia has maintained its investment in CoreWeave and invested an additional $2 billion in the company. APLD shares have risen over 248% in the past year.
