Jensen Huang, the charismatic founder and CEO of Nvidia, showcased his company's pioneering innovations at the 2025 CES in Las Vegas. In a captivating presentation, Huang outlined Nvidia's ambitious vision for integrating artificial intelligence with personal computing. He emphasized the transformative power of AI in reshaping PCs into powerful AI workstations, which he dubbed "AI Personal Computers" (AIPC). By leveraging AI technology beyond cloud applications, Nvidia aims to bring seamless AI experiences to home users.

Central to this vision is Nvidia's reliance on the Windows Subsystem for Linux 2 (WSL2). This tool enables developers to exploit dual operating systems, optimizing cloud-native applications and creating a diverse array of AI models. From image recognition to complex tasks involving digital humans, these models can be effectively run on personal computers. Huang stressed the importance of WSL2 in building an unparalleled platform for AI innovation, reinforcing Nvidia's commitment to maintaining a cutting-edge technological edge.

A significant part of Huang's CES presentation was the remarkable NVLink72, a behemoth chip system poised to meet and even create new computational demands across global data centers. Comprised of 72 Blackwell GPUs, the NVLink72 not only exceeds the computational power of the largest supercomputers but also aims to redefine the versatility and efficiency of data centers, a crucial component in the emerging era of Autonomous General Intelligence (AGI).

In tandem with NVLink72, Huang introduced Nvidia Cosmos, an open-source platform generating vast simulated physical data integral for training models in autonomous driving and robotics. Through Cosmos, Nvidia intends to standardize model usage, further embedding their computational resources into the foundational infrastructure of AI technologies. This move is seen as pivotal in advancing the capabilities of autonomous technologies and fostering Nvidia's influence in the AI domain.

Furthermore, Nvidia's collaboration with several international manufacturers demonstrates the expansive potential of its AI solutions. Companies such as BYD, Ideal, Xiaomi, and Zeekr plan to integrate Nvidia's advanced chips into their autonomous vehicle technologies. This extensive cooperative network underscores Nvidia's strategic aim to establish its hardware and open-source resources as cornerstones in the shift towards a more AI-integrated world.
