Nuvoton, NVIDIA Partner to Revolutionize AI Data Center Power Solutions with 800V Architecture

Nuvoton Technology Corporation, a leading semiconductor company, has announced a strategic collaboration with NVIDIA Corporation to develop an advanced 800V power architecture. This partnership is set to revolutionize power supply systems in AI data centers, leveraging the capabilities of third-generation semiconductors. Innovance recently launched a 1200V GaN product, which boasts a wide bandgap, making it highly efficient in high-voltage, high-frequency applications. This product's zero reverse recovery charge feature is particularly advantageous for enhancing the efficiency and miniaturization of energy conversion systems, making it suitable for applications in new energy vehicles, industrial sectors, and AI data centers.
